Corporate buzzwords and phrases quickly make their way into our daily communications, and often sound absurd when used in the home. Dad’s, stop using these buzzwords, please! Leave them in the damn office. When your children start using them, you’ll realise how absurd they sound.

  1. I have to say that ‘at the end of the day’ is my most disliked phrase of all. I use it at times, and really don’t like the realisation when I do. It’s made worse when politicians and bankers use the phrase at every opportunity, as if it’s a new, cutting edge saying. It isn’t – really, it is not! 🙂
